How difficult is it to convert my existing data into DonorPro?
Our Implementation Team makes it easy. We have converted data from all types of software and databases. We’ll work with you to understand your current data and your current processes. Then, we’ll make recommendations on how best to map your data in to DonorPro and will provide best practice recommendations too for the optimum way to configure and use DonorPro to meet the goals of your nonprofit. We’ll extract your data, do a test conversion, and then work with you to validate your converted data in DonorPro. We’ll make any necessary tweaks to our conversion program based on your input and then we’ll do your final test conversion. Until the final test conversion, you will continue using your current tools. Once the final conversion is complete, you’ll start using DonorPro.
